Hi, I am new to water fasting just want to know if anyone has tips on how to get through night shift without wanting snacks, or with out letting the sleep deprivation take over your mind and then eating everything to stay awake?? Thank you
Night shift fasting
Welcome to the forum.
Try getting more sleep during the day to start with and do some type of exercise to get your blood going to keep you awake during the night. Being active will help with staying awake.

Are you doing a Keto diet right now (low-carb)? Have you done any Intermittent Fasting before?
I have tried I.F. Before and have been doing I.F. Well on my off days. Just when I work. My cravings become more overwhelming. Because of working third and sleep is minimal. Trying to work on my sleep but hard with a toddler. It is getting better since I’ve asked family about helping me.
Thank you, great tips, I am definitely going to work on a workout plan also, that will fit into this new lifestyle.
I am also fasting night shift!!
