New water fasting day 1

During the past few weeks for the quarantine time. I addicted in sugary food and started Binge eating which I never had before. It makes me put a lot of weight, nearly 25ibs. I tried water fasting for so many times, and i failed again and again. I was upset after each failure. Thank you Yasemin for giving me so much support during these times. And I restart from today’s morning, quit sugar and had a new water fasting journey. To see how many days i can keep to. I actually felt great for today, not even think about the sugary food and snacks. But i know the hardest time will be day 2 and day 3. I believe we can do this!
