Hi… I’m Rozeara… Currently weigh 66kg… i had a gorgeous body when I was in college… But I ruined it gradually by uptaking my sugar intake… for 12years i was overweight. My ideal weight for 5’3" is 47-52kg but I got my highest at 85kg when I was pregnant with my first baby around 2016-17… Since then up until June10-2019 i was at 78-80kg when I decided to do something about the weight …All these years I only suffered from depression,low self esteem etc. I began Keto with basic 16:8 fasting from 12th June 2019… began following Dr. Berg, Dr. Ekberg etc … around November i discovered Yasemin and doing prolonged water fasting in between my usual 20:4 IF… today is my Day 1of feb 2020 challenge…

Hey Rozeara! I can relate to your journey with college, weight gain, and then doing Keto and IF to try and lose the weight. What are you weighing at now? Have you tried an extended water fast yet?
