New to the forum

I am new to this forum so glad to be here. I have been doing omad for quite some time on the body fast app, but I would like to have more Community involvement so that’s why I’ve joined this forum I’ve been watching the YouTube videos and those have been really helpful.

I am aware that fasting is not the same as dieting and that’s why I chose this community because it is definitely focused on fasting and not dieting! I do good On my own But I feel like I could do even better if I had Community Support.

I am an experienced faster my goal is to stick with omad (23-1), and do some short water fast (24-72 hrs) once a month to start. The longest I’ve fasted in the past was 7 days, and I’ve done that multiple times on different occasions.

Starting weight 220, height 5’4, pant size 14-16.

Goal for the next couple of months is to be out of the 200s and comfortably loose size 14s!! :pray:t4:
