New month, new journal, same goal, stats will follow

Okay well February was a horrible month for my weight loss goals. I gained 12 pounds back. I’m starting again. As of 3 minutes ago. Adf keto. 5-7 day fast at the end of the month. Will I reach my goal by may? No. My goal is now July. I would say June but let’s face it that’s a lot of stress to rush it. 222 now. Goal 165. Reason. I want to get pregnant.

Here we go!!!

March 3rd: fasting day. Starting blood glucose (BG) 113. Mind you I haven’t been diagnosed with prediabetes or anything else related.
