Hello fellow fasters!
I am 18 hours into my water fast. I am hoping to go as long as I can to get into Onderland (22 pounds away) before I refeed and start again. My goal is to buy and wear a bikini on my birthday June 23.
Looking to hear your experiences on extended fasting and losing a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. (3 months)

Welcome to the family! Try not to focus too much on weight! Focus on your WHY, focus on health, focus on the journey and slowly the weight will come off!!! :heart_eyes::sparkling_heart:
