Hi everyone! I’m new here! I am currently on hour 85 and feeling good still! I’m very committed to this fast. My goal is a 7 day fast, but if I can push longer I will! Started my fast at 212, and I’m currently 208.8 I lost those 3.8 pounds the first 24 hours and now I’m stuck…Feeling a little discouraged at the moment. I haven’t lost any weight at all in the last 2 days…I find that odd. Seeing as how all stories I’ve seen seem to lose several pounds in the first few days. I drink water, sometimes add Himalayan salt, and just some green tea or black coffee in the mornings.
Need encouragement!

Welcome! You are are feeling great which is awesome! May i suggest focusing on how you feel instead of the number on the scale? I am a newbie here and am on day 3. I plan to weigh myself weekly (i plan to complete a 21 day fast). You got this!

Welcome!!! I am also 85 hours into my 21 day fast. I decided only to weigh this bod of mine once a week, for just the reason you have given…it can be discouraging. In the past, I weighed myself once, twice maybe three times a day (to get an average, lol) and have driven myself crazy with the effing scale. This time, I am focusing on my health. Therefore, I told my inner brat, “We will be weighing ourselves once a week. Now shut up.” And it worked, so far! I agree with Infinity, let us focus on what we feel. Keep going.
