Hello everyone! I am interested in doing a 7-day water fast. Although I have attempted it before, I am currently finding it challenging to stay consistent. I am hoping to find an accountability buddy who can help motivate me. Would anyone be willing to join me on this journey? I would like to begin as soon as possible, ideally on October 30th. Yes I would love to! I was wondering what happened. I’m happy you’re back! Let’s do it this time! I’m doing a 12 day water fast starting tomorrow ( or now). It’ll be 24 hours for me by 8 pm tomorrow. I’ll take it one day at a time… till I’ve completed all 12.
