March 6 Day 6 Extrnded Water Fast

OMG OMG OMG!!!
Made it through phase 2!!!

Woke up feeling good and thankful
Thankful for my coach Yasemin and this wonderful fasting community :heart::pray:t3:

First day I don’t feel “sick” in the morning
Yesterday was much much better than day 4
But still had its challenges

I’m down 11 pounds after 5 days too
WoaH :tada: and I tried on 3 dresses in my closet
And LIKeD myself in them :grin:
Made me feel really optimistic
I’m think I’m gonna order the blue dress for motivation

Here we go day 6 of the Hunger Games :tada::tada:

March 7 day 7 of extended water fast

Yesterday I suffered from an eye injury and had to leave work mid shift
Lated in bed from 4pm until today nursing my eye

Survived day 6 without eating food and it was not that hard but I did spend half a day in bed

Today will be a better test - day 7
Back at work at 8am

I did fantasize about eating IN-N-OUT double double cheeseburgers last night and every day I think about munching on Nuts
Macadamia . Brazilian. Especially

Day 6 wasn’t bad
Onward to day 7
And I’m optimistic

Praying for a good day for all of us :heart::pray:t3::heart:

LOL. One of my foodie dreams during one of my prolonged fasts was chowing down on an In-N-Out double double cheese and waking up suddenly because I felt so guilty.

March 8. Day 8 of extended water fast
Made it through Phase 3 :partying_face::partying_face::partying_face::partying_face::partying_face::partying_face::partying_face:
142.5 pounds
33.2 % body fat

Am I really 14 pounds down in 7 days???

Yesterday I watched a coworker eat pizza
And that would normally trigger me to run and get some (even when already stuffed full)
But it didn’t really effect me
I did think about pizza for about 1 minute
And what it feels like ans tastes like
But I was NOT triggered to run out and get some
So that’s another habit that seems to be dissolving

Yesterday stomach grumbled a couple of times
But hunger significantly diminished

Onward to phase 4 - day 8-10
Working every day through Tuesday
And then a break from work
Just have to make it through Tuesday to complete another phase !

Here we go !!:tada::tada::blush:

Day 9. March 9. Extended water fast

Yesterday I felt like I had really low bp
I was very very weak all day at work
I got home at 7 and went to bed
I need to be more consistent with electrolytes and make some adjustments today

No hunger
Was tempted by a bag of Ritz cheese and crackers
That used to be a part of my binging snack pack after work when I would hit the gas station and end up binging on 3k calories of junk food at the end of a work day
They called out to me today
And even contemplated eating a 500 cal bag as my “crutch” meal :woman_facepalming:t4:

But I didn’t
Made it through abother day
Did not feel good physically

Will adjust electrolytes today
Just need to make it through my work day
And if too weak to be productive after work then I will go to bed

Day 9. Second day of phase 4, here we go!
