Day first, I am feeling good by the thought that my day 1 just finished but I have little headache and sad by the fact my family members get to eat around me But this is my journey, I chose to eat unhealthy in past, so now I have to go through this ! this time not just fasting for weight loss! Mostly fasting to have clear mind & to finish food addiction, take food as need not want ! I am not a big fat person ! But all of us has different food issues ! Sweet was never an issue for me but now after 25th of age everything changes ! U get lazy u think of food more than anything else, u find food as comfort due to any stress around u ! I don’t know if I am more wiser or older mind now ! But I don’t mind being silent bee in the Era of busy world ! I am so lucky to find this platform where we all can gather n motivate each other ! @MerriBerry Yep, I did the 14-day Potato Diet. Lost 20 pounds and changed my taste palate. As a result, never experienced cravings during fasts nor binged during ReFeeds.
