Hey guys,
This will be my schedule for the following 3 months:
- 24 sept- 30 sept: Only water + supplements
- 1 oct- 28 oct: Water/ tea/ 0 calories drink + supplements
- 29 oct- 31 oct: Only water + supplements
- 1 nov- 14 nov: ADF + OMAD (i will have only homemade bone broth and soups)
- 15 nov- 28 nov: KOMAD (800-1200 cal)
- 29 nov- 2 dec: only water + supplements
- 3 dec: IT IS MY BIRTHDAY I DESERVE TO CELEBRATE
- 4 dec - 31 dec: ADF + KOMAD ( I will have a cheat meal on Christmas eve and New year eve probably it will be a bottle of wine
)
I have around 66 pounds to lose (exactly 28 kgs) hope i can lose all of this weight before the beginning of 2021, i want to start the year with a new body and a smile on my face
