My water fast journey

Hey guys,
This will be my schedule for the following 3 months:

  • 24 sept- 30 sept: Only water + supplements
  • 1 oct- 28 oct: Water/ tea/ 0 calories drink + supplements
  • 29 oct- 31 oct: Only water + supplements
  • 1 nov- 14 nov: ADF + OMAD (i will have only homemade bone broth and soups)
  • 15 nov- 28 nov: KOMAD (800-1200 cal)
  • 29 nov- 2 dec: only water + supplements
  • 3 dec: IT IS MY BIRTHDAY I DESERVE TO CELEBRATE :money_mouth_face:
  • 4 dec - 31 dec: ADF + KOMAD ( I will have a cheat meal on Christmas eve and New year eve probably it will be a bottle of wine :sweat_smile: )

I have around 66 pounds to lose (exactly 28 kgs) hope i can lose all of this weight before the beginning of 2021, i want to start the year with a new body and a smile on my face :slight_smile:

Welcome to the 3 month plan!

I too have some real days off planned for the holidays. Kinda have to plan ahead of it or things turn terrible after.

Thanksgiving is getting at least 2 days for me because of leftovers. :joy:

We have a challenge thread too for a bunch of us here to stick it out to the end of the year.
