My rolling 72 hour fasts

INTRO:-
Hi I am Pinky from Virginia. I have always struggled to maintain my weight. I used to workout for 5 days in the gym but couldn’t keep the weight off once i stopped going to the gym. I have done short term fasts so far and wanted to try rolling 72 hour fasts. And my true inspiration is Yasemin. I used to watch her fasting videos on youtube and that is how i got to know about this amazing platform.

Height: 148 cm
Current Weight: 70 kg
Goal Weight: 45 kg

WHY:
I am doing this to prove to myself that nothing is impossible when you have a positive attitude and discipline. I just want to see the better version of my ownself.

PLAN:
Planning to do rolling 72 hour fasts.
Start Day: Nov 17, 2020
Start Time: 11: 00 PM IST

Long Term and Short Term Goals:
My long term goal is stay fit and healthier always.
My short term goal is to lose fat and reach my normal BMI.

How I feel right now:
I am excited and confident about my water fast journey.

I have been off track lately. Decided to give a fresh start from today.

First set of 71 hour fast started Dec 20, 2020 @ 6:00 PM
Current Weight- 69.3 kg
