My plan for December

I haven’t been on here for a long time. I ended up breaking my fast after 7 days. I took a break from fasting and now I am back.

I’ve been doing OMAD for a week or so and I feel very good. I’ve realized that I have to build up to a longer fast. I’ve also eaten vegan while doing OMAD because of this documentary that I’ve seen. This works very well for me. I am going to eat dinner with many of my friends this evening and then go straight into a 3 day fast. I know that it isn’t a long fast, but I’m actually just building up for my 14 days fast (22 of December till 5 of January) where I’m going on a holiday alone, so there will be no temptations and I can really focus on my mental health and spirituality.
I have a vacation-villa in Egypt and I will be going there.

But yeah just thought I might give a little update.
