So I’m one of many that have tried to fast but never make it past 12 hours ( and most of the time it’s only a few hours before I cave)
But this time I wanna do this right ( for my body) which means I’ll be fasting from food but also cigarettes and marijuana ( usually the reason I cave in to food cravings) it’s gonna make this way more tough but I know my body would only benefit from this.
A little about me, I’m 27 years old I have a 7 year old and my current weight is 226. I LOVE to get to eventually get to 180-170 lbs. I know this won’t happen in a week but it’s my ultimate goal.
Also im attempting to fast for 5-7 days
