Intro:
I have fasted from 24 hrs-7 days at the most and now I’m feeling motivated to take on a 21 day fast.
So far with my shorter extended fasts so far I’ve lost 16 pounds and I hope by the end of the 21 day fast I will be able to add to that at least another 15 pound lost.
I am currently 19 hrs into the journey and feeling hopeful.
