My fasting journey

I’ve been on this journey for a while but recently went into high gear been fasting for 2 months on and off but the longest I have gone was 72 hours. I want to push myself for 7 days I’m currently on my fast but not a set day I’m just going with the flow and listening to my body. I’m 38 hrs in and plan to listen to my body and want to push for a full seven days. I started out at 227lbs in Feb now I’m currently 196lbs. My goal weight is 165 get my bmi to normal.
