This evening is my leaving dinner after work at an Italian restaurant… organised by my supervisor
In the meantime I will be drinking water and diluted squash.
Then I will pick a low carb meal (I will post a photo later)
Tomorrow will be day 1 water fast :crossed_fingers:t2:
I have 33kg to lose (at least)
I will be tracking kg lost
Starting at 0kg today of course.
