Hi. I know that people usually start fasting after dinner or at 12: 00 AM straight, but I started mine at 12: 00 PM. I’m not ready to go through the WHY right now but I will address it at some point.
I broke down this 40-day fast into 8 consecutive 5 days fast. This is a psychological trick called “chunking” which consists of breaking down a task into small pieces to make the work more manageable. Those chunks are furtherly gathered in 4 phases of 10 days.
I’m 155 cm for 54 kg.
