I got started earlier than everyone because I have a wedding to go to on November 8th. I’m currently on Day 6 at 125 hours in (longest I’ve ever gone) and I feel great! Headaches are gone and I’m down 12 pounds from when I started. I want to encourage everyone just starting who’s never done it and say, we all have to start somewhere and everyone is feeling the same thing you are! You’re not alone!
Montoria Fasting Journal
Just started Day 7 of my water fast. I went to church this morning and afterwards I went home and started getting a small headache. Took some Himalayan salt and ACV with water and it’s gone. I plan on working out (walking on treadmill while I watch an episode of Greys) today when I wake up from a nap. I do 3 incline and walk at 2.5 MPH when I feel good I’ll do light jogging at 4MPH for a minute every 5 minutes or so.
Starting Weight before weight loss journey: 193
Weight when starting the fast: 183.3
Current Weight: 170.2
Goal weight: 145
Height 5’4
TIP: Alternate between cold, room temp and warm water when drinking water! I really feel like that tricks my brain a lot of times and the warm ACV water makes me feel like I’m eating something.
