just some info for myself:
what’s allowed : water, tea, black coffee (some stevia alright); sleep minimum 6hrs a night, do some light ab workouts before bed, 7k steps a day
I have a break from dance because of a slipped disc (which sucks because comp season started) and work isn’t too much of an issue since I have an interview soon but thats really it… finals week is next week so only 7 days in is alright, but I’m finishing before february 19th because I have a university entrance exam that day so I want to be ready for that.
