Molly's Daily Update/Progress 21 Day Fast

I had never heard of Ketosis, the benefits of fasting or how it worked etc.
A few days ago, i stumbled across water fasting & began to research, research, research.
I quickly began to realize that it’s basically what I’v been doing for years anyway. BUT i didn’t have the correct knowledge or even realize that i had been kinda unknowingly doing this anyway. I would always get to say, day 3 and then completely pig out. & always wonder ‘why am i so fat, when i hardly eat’.
Then penny has dropped now :joy:
I am currently on day 3.

Day 1; 90kg
Day 2; 88.7kg
Day 3; 87.3kg

Day 3; struggled to sleep last night, i drifted off at around 5am, alarm sounded at 7, had to get up to start the school run routine, i wasn’t tired or groggy at all, which never happens. Im usually very groggy and grumpy in the morning, but i feel fine considering very little sleep & no food.
No hunger at all, but i guess im starting to feel ‘keto flu’ my knees are achy.
Also, i can smell bacon cooking & it’s driving me crazy, its like my sense of smell has sharpened ten fold lol, although… im not actually hungry
