Starting a new fasting journey. I’ve gained since the holidays and my birthday! I’m not new to fasting so I want to push for 21 days.
My problem is holding myself accountable and simply giving in to food ALL THE TIME! I dropped the ball on visiting the board as well.
After much consideration, I’ve decided to give it another go and read posts for encouragement.
I’m definitely looking forward to this journey and can’t wait to share
My starting weight is 229 and my goal weight is 135
