Mike's main accountability

Making a new post since I won’t be around for the calls all of November.

My goal for now is to be way more consistent with the fasting. Right now, I don’t have an open and shut goal, but I plan to keep myself where I can go in and out of fasting at will.

On day 11 now and will finish the rest of the month and then some.

I’m thinking of just not buying food anymore until I am ripped. That way I can partake in the occasional events assuming I know they are coming. I want to set things up and follow through as I should.

Also, just cutting those old addictive foods out of my life. They no longer have a place as part of what I have.

Whether I am in the calls or not, I am going to report here what is going on with me for accountability.

Day 12. Finishing off this month, then Going to just fast as much as I can on and off.

I have some plans this month. Thanksgiving is also coming up, so I’m going to work on fasting again right after days where I break. I feel like if I get that right, I can master fasting. The hard part is starting and that is where the trouble lies. For now, I’m going to keep up the fasting though.

Day 13. Doing some bone broth today to test out how my body feels with the new electrolyte strategy. Then switching back to pure water right away. This may keep my digestive system semi activate so I can break without much issues later this month.

Day 14 or of the plan. Did bone broth yesterday and am going back to water today. Will get some electrolytes mixed in today if I feel the need, but will do some tomorrow regardless.
