Day 1 completed, start of day 2.
Not tempted, kept busy-ish (I work from home so it’s hard!). But I think I relied on black coffee more than water to keep me going so will drink more water today. This is another reason to fast, to get into the habit of drinking more water throughout the day, not only when I am training and sweating it all out!
