Here are pictures of me now. I am 74.1 kilo’s which is 163 lbs my weight goal is 55 kilo’s ( 121 lbs ) I will try and do some exercise with this some walking, weight training, maybe gym if i have the time for it as i might be starting a new job tomorrow/next week. I am going to have herbal tea’s as i can’t tolerate water first thing in the morning. I guess i am not that big but i am a size 20 its what i feel comfortable in i prob could get away with a size 16 but i don’t like the way my belly sticks out and would like to be more toned in that area. so lets see where 40-100 days gets me. hopefully looking pretty slim.
