Mays Journal: 20 day fasting. Day 2

I had a hard time sleeping lastnight and was feeling like giving up. But I powered through it and I feel fine again. :astonished: My goal is to do a 20 day fast. I have done fasting before for 4 days. But never this long.
Starting weight:155LB
Current weight:151LB
My goal weight is:135LB
I’m feeling a lot more better and I feel like I can do this. Wait no. I will do this. And I will reach my goal. I am also doing alil bit of floor workouts and doing 20-30 mins run/walking fast. I burned 120 in calories. Doing the same thing today! :blush:

Monitor your energy levels closely as you get deeper into your fast. Fasting is stressful on the body and I’ve seen too many members refuse to reduce their workout, over stress their bodies and fail.
