Hi I’m new to the forum! So glad I stumbled across this page. Starting my 3-7day water fast today! Last mea was at 4:30am today so I’m only 14hrs in. I want to aim for 3 days at least. I keep yo-yoing and now my fat percentage is at 30% and it use to be 18%!! I’m 5 ft so I want to go back to my weight of 100lbs. Need to lose at least 10-15lbs as a start! Let’s do this for real This time! Whoever wants to join today with me, please follow along! Let’s all motivate each other!

Sooo I only last 24hrs!! I’m so sad and disappointed in myself!
Going to try again at 2am May 17th Sunday, Gosh this is hard. But my desire to be back to my goal weight is strong and I want to be able to feel good about myself again. Therefore makes me feel comfortable to be social again. I’m tired of being and feeling this way! Needing prayers and positive energy from you all!
You’ll do better next time. We’re all just battling against ourselves here, so consider every time you challenge your old habits a “win”.
