Currently on day 6 of my fasting…I can’t really call it water fast because I am drinking coffee with some milk, also too much sugar free soda, some sugar free electrolyte drinks, during the weekend I went to this amusement park resort with my kids and we did many rides and lots of walking all day long and at one point I got very tired and weak so I had some fruit (very little) and some beef jerky. I checked I am still in ketosis as of this morning. Goal for this week is to make my fast cleaner.
