I’m having trouble staying on task. I’m still grieving my mother’s passing but I know she would want me to be persistent and strong. I’ll keep trying until I’m able the water fast all day.

My condolences. BTW, if you are feeling stressed it will raise your consider levels which will increase weight gain and hinder weight loss. You may want to consider adding meditation to your daily routine.

For myself, the first thing I do after my daily weigh in and checking my blood sugar is a 1 to 2 mile walk in the morning that also serves as my daily meditation.

Thank you. I do walk every morning and evening, I also read when I feel overly stressed. I appreciate your words of encouragement.

Sorry instead of “consider” I meant “cortisol” which is a hormone.
