Day 0:
- Starting weight=154.3lbs
- Current weight=150lbs
- Activities during the fast:
- *Drink 2liters of water / day
- *Take a cup of coffee in the morning
- *Exercice(light cardio and strength training).
First 7(march 02-08) Days Fast
Day 0:
welcome back !
Day 1 ended. Starting Day 2:
I decided to not be weighing myself during the fast till after day 7 to avoid disappointment.
Activities:
*Drank almost 2.5 liters of water and peed like crazy
*Had 3 cups of black coffee
*Exercised for 30mins (jump rope for 8mins in sets of 2mins and stretch out). I didn’t lift weights cause i feared the after “fainted-like” feeling i use to have when i do during water fasts, but by day 3 i will surely do.
Day 1 Mood:
*I was bored and unfocused towards end of day 1
*My joints were hurting for a while
*and i had headache .
