:grinning: happy to get ready for water fasting challenge start @ 27 Oct by Yasemin , I eliminated most carbs from my meal to become more fat adapted , i usually do 19 to 22 hours intermittent fasting , but for last 2 months I didn’t go over 24 hours fasting.
I had 2 experience of 11 days and 7 days water fasting and a 3 days of dry fasting
I lost 16 lbs in total after so gain and loose and head to loose more

CW: 87
GW1: 70 (Jan 2020)
GW2: 60 (March)

Just remembered to write my fears for this upcoming 21 fasting.
I afraid to go to work while i am fasting , i need to be sharp and very fast thinking and i never be at work while i am do extended fasting.

Hi! How was work and especially lunchtime? We have lunch together with 10+ persons. Not sure how to handle that :wink:

Tomorrow is going to be my first day at work while waterfasting, pray for me not to be mad face :angry::woozy_face::grimacing:

I wrote two times long paragraphs and they vanished :angry::woozy_face:
My first day finished my second day started 18 minutes ago
I am strongly following my fasting , no hunger only when somebody eating something loudly , make me irritated
I am now source of food for my body
I am looking forward to wear my tight pants and skirts very soon
I am going to breath deeply and fast when feeling need more control

I am working in a open plan office , lunchtime is a torture :woozy_face:, i can smell all different kind of food and they sounds so gourmet :angry:, but as Yasemin said in her video day 2

Oh hello hello hello the 3rd fasting day
Today is day 3 and i feel slim :crazy_face::rofl::rofl:
After a fantastic night sleep i feel happy and healthy. My joint are very flexible and i feel lighter . I promised to keep my self away from scale , this a new challenge for me as i use to weight myself everyday for ages sometimes 2 times a day , today is my 3rd scale fasting day aswell🤣
Let see what is going to happen till afternoon, with 3rd day fasting & 3 long meetings :crazy_face:

Whenever I’m faced with temptation I just remember Arya from Game of a Thrones, “Not Today!”

Day 4 is here , I am off work today , have a lot to do , still in bed but not be very myself
I saw the day 4 video , was so good but still feel down and tired , have a lot to do today want to keep myself away becoming emotional
I tempted to go on scale :woozy_face:
But i am still in bed feel lazy, …another rolling then i will jump out of the bed
