Macro Tracking Worksheet & Printable Food Log

If you need help with eating low carb, the best thing to do is start writing all your food down and tracking your net carbs and your macros.

Sounds tedious at first but you MUST get into the hang of it until you can “eyeball it” later in the future and familiarize yourself with the good foods and low-carb foods.

This is also CRUCIAL during refeed, you must write it down.

This is great! I do it using an app…but agree it is a must. People often say its too much bother, but I feel once you make it a habit, you can pretty much do it without thinking. The key for me is doing it over my morning coffee, while catching up (annoying myself?) with the days news on tv.

I love this! I always had the app, but I just find it easier to jot down, trying to unplug a lot from social media
