My first day will be tomorrow (27.10.2019)
Starting weight 60kg.
Goal weight 50kg.
I will be consuming water, matcha tea, with squeezed lemon, magnesium. I am nervous because I messed up my last progress and I am again starting. I am currently studying and doing exercise but I am scared to feel tired and fail.
I used to be thin but since I moved here, France, I have been dealing with my weight. I gained 10 kg in 1 year, I don’t feel comfortable about myself.
In December it’s my sister’s wedding. I want to feel good with myself again, have a good relationship with food, no more anxiety, wear the clothes that I used to wear before and smile. I need support, that’s why I am here.

Don’t do anything strenuous exercising. For myself I limit myself to walking on a daily basis usually around 1 to 2 miles. Especially if you don’t have much experience exercising while doing a prolonged fast.

I had to restart again so this is my first day. Sometimes I am scared to fail so I really appreciate the support given here. I am at the university, sometimes I feel hungry sometimes but I have been drinking water and being positive.
Today I have training but I will take it slowly.
2nd day: DONE!!
I am having light headaches but I won’t give up!
3rd day: DONE!!
4th day: DONE!!
After 113 hours I broke my fast but tomorrow I will start again.
Current weight 57.6kg

Thank you so much for your support. Today was pretty good, I am not going to lie that I hesitated to postpone my water fasting for another day but I got right back on the horse. I am not weighing myself every day but I took as reference the weight after breaking the fast (I don’t know if this value is right).
The week coming is pretty busy, exams and long days.

Today was pretty busy but no headaches or hunger and my day ended with a small workout.

DAY 4:
I had so much energy in the morning but in the afternoon I almost break my fast, it was because I was very stressed out but I didn’t do it and anyway, I wasn’t hungry.
At home, I added pink salt in hot water and I felt better
It gets easier from day 5 onwards. Is this your first prolonged fast? Be sure to check in with yourself regularly throughout the day, I have noticed the symptoms of low electrolytes tend to sneak up on me and I suddenly feel low in energy/mood or waves of nausea (despite hunger pangs having dissipated) but sipping some water with salt through the day (I take a thermos to work to keep it cold) and pink Himalayan salt ease these symptoms quickly.
I did one in the past for almost 7 days but I wasn’t studying, no stress, light work out. Today I am feeling really tired, sleepy, I fell asleep in class. However, I am not hungry but I feel I need energy to do all my activities (study, light work out, sleep etc…) today I could still fasting but I need energy to performance everything very efficiently so I will do 2 refeeds per week (OMAD in the middle of the week and Sunday). I already created the menu and I will break my fast tonight.
I want to try this method and I will tell you how it goes
