It’s been a while since I’ve stopped doing water fasting, and I hope that by joining the Nov’21 challenge group, it will rejuvenate my determination to achieving a healthy body and mind!
I need some motivation to push myself!
I decided to restart my journey as I realised that I’ve been too unhealthy, mindlessly eating even when I’m not hungry and it could be due to stress. It’s posing some real concerns as my weight has increased quite significantly and I’m literally afraid of the consequences it poses on me in the long-term.
My goal is to lose at least 7kg (current weight is about 55kg) within these 2-3 weeks and to maintain my goal weight of 48 to 49kg in the long-term.
Currently, I’m struggling to keep my mind off food, and such mindless eating is possibly due to the work stress and a lack of exercise as well.
My game plan is to strive for water fasting + OMAD.
Currently, I’m feeling anxious but at the same time determined, as I’m afraid to give in to temptations. But I believe strongly that as a community, I can keep my hopes alive!
I will feel incredibly satisfied and good for achieving my goal, and most importantly, be proud of myself for gaining a milestone especially during this pandemic!
