Hey guys! Gonna start my extended water fast today. I think it’s the perfect timing because we are on quarantine and the only thing stopping me from water fasting before was being in social situations where it is odd to not eat. As horrible as the pandemic is, it is giving me the rest and quiet that I need to go through with this fast. Don’t have a specific goal in terms of days but my primary objective is to lose weight, and to exercise my self-control when it comes to eating unhealthy foods. I will attempt anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks.
Would anybody like to join me on the lockdown water fast?
. My main goal is weight loss and exercising self-discipline. I have done a 3 day water fast in the past. However, this time I am more motivated and excited to try and fast longer.
. I’m also trying to fight the temptations haha . But keep going ! It’s going to be worth it in the end 

. The longest I’ve managed is about 60 hours and I was miserable. I’ve had a pretty bad diet and almost no exercise so far in my life,so making changes are going to be uncomfortable. But I’ve been encouraged by the results I’m seeing from shorter two day fasts and for the first time in my life,I have a steady supply of energy throughout the day. I really want to get past the 72 hour mark this time.
