So before lockdown I was really active and training for a marathon. Over the last 6 weeks everything has gone down hill and I’m ashamed to say that I have put on 1 1/2 stone from mainly binging and excessive alcohol. Now I know this probably isn’t 1 1/2 stone of fat but my clothes are tighter and I just feel crap.
I just want my energy back, clothes to fit again and to start feeling great.
Im not putting any pressure on myself, just seeing how far I can go.
So my start weight before water fasting 196lb… my goal is 140lb which I know I won’t get to from one fast but hopefully this will help reset my eating habits.
Day one
So woke up this morning feeling positive. I have been working from home so have managed to avoid any temptation. I had to go out and do the weekly food shop, I have no idea how I managed to stay focussed and not but some food from the hot counter but I did.
My problem is binging in the evening so today I bought myself a book and have just put myself to bed at 7pm to read and avoid food.
My stomach is rumbling like crazy and I have a bit of a headache but other than that doing well.
