Okay, day 2 of fasting. I have done fasting before, however never for a 30 day commitment. I am excited and anxious at the same time. However, I refuse to alI low myself to feel sorry for myself and focus on food.
I am going to take this month to not only fast, lose weight and try to shed my excess body, I hope to shed my excess emotionally. It is time to shed some unwanted extra baggage and focus on SELF healing and acceptance. I hope this is a beautiful and transitioning journey.
