Letii’s JOURNEY

  1. I am doing this to be my best self. I want to happy and healthy to the best of my ability.
  2. My short term goal is to WF for 21 days. Long term goals is to continue my pescatarian lifestyle and incorporate IF 20/4. My goal is to lose 35lbs and maintain it.
  3. I struggle with carbs and fasting. The longest WF I completed was 3 days.
  4. My game plan is to WF periodically. I will maintain my pescatarian lifestyle with IF 20/4 and start working out regularly.
  5. I currently feel motivated and excited. I’m so determined to complete this WF and prove to myself I can do this. To prove to myself I can truly discipline myself in any way I really want to.
  6. Once I reach my goal I will be ecstatic and proud. I will be so much more happy and ready for anything life brings.
  7. Daily affirmation- True Wealth is Health
  8. I am so excited to see everyone’s journey. Having this community makes a huge positive difference!
