Less procrastinating more action

I started my fast today. Day 1 of 30 days (07/05/2021)
I’m 19 years old and about to start college. I gained a lot of weight staying at home. I want to embark on a thirty day water fast. I’ve been able to go through a week but now every time I start I find an excuse I’d love to be able to do this not only to lose weight but to prove to my friends and family I have the will power to not give in (because I frequently come up with an excuse and give in). I’d love to get as much motivation as I can. Thank you

Hi, thank you I’m trying so hard and I know it’s more mental and sadly and gave in :pensive: now it just feels like I don’t have will power and I want to prove I can :pleading_face: I’m gonna start once more tomorrow and give it my all. I need all the support I can get.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, 30 days water fast is not an easy task !
it’s amazing you were able to go for a week, that’s a pretty big achievement in itself. :grin:
I personally don’t find long fast just for weight loss beneficial ( unless you have an illnesss you are trying to heal/cure). but i wish you all the best on this journey. :heart:
