I think you are drinking too much water. For your size, maybe 2.5 liters would be much better. Drinking too much water can make you feel weak because you are flushing all of your electrolytes away. But I am glad you are hanging in there!! Make a few tweaks and it will get much better.

thank you for your advice. yesterday I also drunk the half of my snake juice. and I was feeling super weak but now I feel normal again after 2 hours I took a warm shower and it did me so good !
I’m glad to hear that!! One thing that will wake you up on days you feel your worst are cold showers , they are also very beneficial to your fast! I start with a warm shower and then slowly decrease the temperature until I can stand the cold. 5 minutes is the most I’ll do but it helps a lot!!
I realised an other WHY.
why I’m doing this fast. so I’m intrested in spirituality and astrology. So my sign is aries. And once I calculated my karmic life path number (13) … It means that you can expierence difficulties with focus (on goals) and staying presistent. Then today I watched a youtube video about your sign and the direction of life purpose … and then she said that aries can have a lack of focus. It really resonated with me. In real life i’m expierencing this already for years. so I think if I can compleet this fast I can break the cycle of procrastination (on my goals and the thing that I want) (because I don’t have the discipline to stay focused.) I’M READY TO BREAK FREE FROM THIS CYCLE and nothing can stop me !!!
Nice. But cut yourself some slack. I was drifting through my undergraduate years at UCLA until I discovered windsurfing where I found my passion when I was 20. Through the sport, I became a certified instructor and then a nationally ranked amateur competitor. Because of those skills, I established the first UCLA Internship Program at New York City. Got into computers and got to work with Microsoft.
This is the time you should be exploring and finding what you can be passionate about. Because if you are passionate about something, you put in the required 10,000 hours to become good.
It’s how Billie Eilish and her brother became so successful. If you look at some of their videos, Finneas had inscribed 10,000 hours up in his bedroom. That’s how I became good at windsurfing. I loved it so much whenever I wasn’t working, at class or studying I was at the sailing club, windsurfing.
So true, I still haven’t firgure out what I’m passionated about I have somethings that I’m intressted in but in my free time I don’t really look after them, so that’s not a good sign I guess
It’s currently 2:30 am here, and I just cant sleep (even if I feel tired), my mind is going crazy and telling me to eat but I’m not hungry at all. it’s just my monkey mind that wants to take back over I guess. I also watched food videos I think that wasn’t an smart idea of me
Actually its a GOOD sign. You’ll find most of the time is finding out what you’re NOT passionate about. At least, that’s been my experience. The key is once you’ve figured out that you’re not passionate about something your trying out is to quickly move on to the next thing. It took me a few wasted years to learn that lesson.
I actually got fascinated by the “Irish people try …” food videos especially the ones where they tried American food or really spicy ones. LOL.
That’s so true !! I really feel this. I’m used to give up so quickly, always find excuses … but not this time
DAY 6
so yesterday I finally fell a sleep around 3 am and woke up around 11:30am I woke up with pain in my troat… I think I have little cold. but I think this will heal fast bcs I’m on a water fast, or I’m I wrong? But my energy is good. I’m not hungry at all and my mind is normal, I went to the kitchen this morning and my flat mate was eating and I was just sitting there watching her eat and I had no problem. I was just sipping my water and enjoying the conversation. Today I go home for the weekend and I told my mom that I was going to be on a water fast and she was kind of okey with it. Tonight it’s my dad his birthday party, so this will be intressting, to be surrounded by all my favorite foods and my mom cooks amazing so it will be a little harder, but I can do it!!

Oke I’m at the end of day 6 and tonight it was my dad his birthday party and my mom obliged me to eat : ( so I did I ate some coconut soup a bit of the main dish and strawberries with chocolate. I was so extreemly bloated and I had so much pain in my stomach, I didn’t even like the tast of food anymore. when we came home I started trowing up and I was so upset and finally she understood that I really wanted this. so she is totaly okeey with it now. I’m so determind, tomorrow I’m gonna start again for 20 days I really want to achieve this goal!!! It’s okey to fail as long as you don’t give up. you know I don’t like to type this replay but I keep it honest with you guys !! still I’m very proud of myself that I made it to day 6 I never did this before.
