Today I’m starting my fasting journey!
BACKGROUND
I’m an experienced IFer who has been doing a series of 4-6 day fasts. I’m ready to do longer fasts.
PLAN
I’m committing to a 7-day fast to start with an eye on fasting most of October. I’ll evaluate at 7, 14, 21 and 30 days and if I’m feeling good I’ll extend.
I plan on writing down a summary of every day of my fast. Pointing out what I’ve learned, where my thoughts are, any challenges and my solutions.
