Fast day 2.
96.35kg this morning. Iām feeling a bit better, looks like the redness is going down a bit, not hungry today, just still drinking lots of tea. I got some bone broth from Amazon to take together with the antibiotics which I will get tomorrow, donāt want to take them on an empty stomach, so looks like it will be 3 days of fast and then the 5 days with a bit of the bone broth.
The weather outside is still depressing, so many days of rain, I miss the sun
Fast day 3. 95.20kg this morning.
I ended up braking it today 30min short of three days.
The bone broth was good, but because of the antibiotics, I started today I had one meal( chickpeas with tomato, eggs and guacamole, ) the possible side effects of them are nausea and diarrhoea and I didnāt want to risk getting that with the fast on top of it. So the next five days I will do small omad and then after my sisters birthday, I will start a longer fast again.
I ended up having little treats of 2 dark PB cups and small keto cake from keto bakes.

Yesterday was my sisters birthday, I had my last meal in the late evening and today Iām back to fasting again.
The antibiotics helped and Iām feeling better already, two past weeks since I broke my long fast on the 6th June havenāt been the greatest, I started off good but then slipped and ate too much and didnāt feel the best, there is that line of being comfortably full and too full when it feels just too heavy inside.
Iām not going to focus on the scale at the moment, just for the record I will step on it weekly.

Day 2 of fasting.
Iām feeling good today, Iām off from work, the weather is good today as well. I got some mandala colouring book for myself, that can help with relaxing the mind.

Day 3 of the fast.
Iām feeling good, not hungry at all, I have the next two days of work and we will go seaside on Wednesday with my sister and her kids.
I think at this point it is easy for me to fast, feels like itās going in autopilot.
Day 4 of the fast.
Iām feeling alright, no hunger at the minute. Iām actually glad that I donāt get the headache or any other detox symptoms because right before the fast I had a cake and potato salad, which are carb filed and heavy foods, ohh and as the last meal some McDonaldsš¤£
I start to think itās so much overrated, didnāt taste so good that it would be worth the sluggish feeling afterwards, just the thing that we didnāt have it for a couple of weeks during the lockdown.
@Krista_Groskaufmane I used to live on the island of Nantucket. We didnāt have a McDonaldās or any fast food places. Once in a blue Moon weād head to the mainland and it was a pleasure to get some McDonaldās and Dunkin.
Wow, yeah that probably was a good thing for the people in there, health wise and to get it just once in a while as a special treat would be ok.
In here the UK, there is a fast food places all around on every corner basically, itās really easy to get so a lot of people do get it.
Fast day 5.
I had a really good day today, we went to the sea side, I had a very good swim, Iām just a bit red from the sun now. I did put sunscreen on but stillš

Iām feeling good today, yesterday my sister had pizza, I did want a piece at some level, but I knew Iām fasting and canāt have it plus food like that doesnāt make me feel good, and today there was picnic food and later take away as well. I just had my water.
Iām getting a bicycle tomorrow, that will be good for moving around and save me money on a taxi that I have to take to and from work.

Ohh I forgot to log in here yesterday, it was day 6 and today is already day 7 of the fast.
I guess I was just too tired yesterday the hot weather here just drains your energyš
otherwise yesterday was good, I just didnāt get the bicycle yet because the person who was selling it to me acted a bit strange, well we will keep looking for something.
Today I was 93.7kg ( 206.57 pounds) thatās good progress as really close to my lowest when I stopped the last fast, I will soon be under 90kg (200 pounds) I believe
Day 9 of the fast.
Iām feeling ok, I have a day off today so will just put one some movie or something later on
Day 10 of the fast. Iām having a low energy day today. Also, Iām deciding whatās the best course of action would be at the moment as Iām 9 do(days past ovulation) today and Iām having some faint lines on a pregnancy test. I actually took one yesterday and it had the faint line as well, I know this is super early to be seeing anything at all. I canāt be sure that this is not another chemical as I had a couple of them before weāre there is the faint lines for a few days or a day and then soon my period just shows up.
But I canāt be sure of anything unless I will start to see some progression over the next few days or it will disappear and my period will come.
For this reason, the best would be to slowly start eating for a few days, then I will see what the next steps could be, I can always resume fasting when itās safe. I have my healthy bone broth concentrate in the fridge ready so itās easy to make just adding hot water.
Thanks . Got my period today evening, this was on me for trying to test that early, better not to know then even, just unnecessarily upsetting myself. I think I would have been upset either way
. So a bit hard few days emotionally.
Iām having some food this evening and then starting another fast, I want to go for 14 days or a bit longer.
