I just found out about this group and I want to give it a try! I’m 26 (turning 27 soon) I have never been heavier in my life! I have gained around 18 kg in the last year due to stress and hormonal changes and I was already overweighted by then!!! I want to incorporate fasting into my life style. I want to agresively lose some weight until I reached my old weight (82 kg) with prolonged water fasting. Afterwards I want to reach my goal weight (65 ~ 70 kg) with alternate day fasting (or even dry fasting if necessary at the end).
Starting Weight: 96 kg
1st Goal: 80 kg
Final Goal Weight: 65 kg
I’m counting with your support to get there I will try to write here everytime I feel like sharing something and also for getting (hopefully) some support when needed.
Right now I am on my sencod day of my 3 - 4 days water fast. It is not my first time water fasting, but it is the first time that I will be trying to do it consistently. I’m struggling with the hunger feelings today (somehow I don’t feel hungry on the 1st day but I always feel like starving on the 2nd day
). Anyway, wish me luck!
