Coming to an end of day 4 of OMAD, prepping for this 7 day WF journey. Prior I did a 3 day some odd hours of fasting along with some previous fast but never made it to a 7 day. I will accomplish this goal with the support of so many others like me on the path of wanting to be healthy!

My biggest challenge will be sleep and just cooking meals for my little ones. I can’t get healthy but then turn and feed them processed quick foods. Defeats the purpose, repeats the cycle.

I will not weigh in and measure until morning of day 1 WF. Then day 7 final weigh/measure as the scale can play tricks on you worse than your mind.

Continuing the discussion from Key’s Daily:

Tonight June 3rd was my last OMAD meal. I know others for the June 4th Challenge will have their last meal tomorrow night but I prefer going into June 4th fasting. So here I go! I’m ready and know with the support and calls I will succeed 7 days!

Today’s Date___6/3/2020__________

LONG-TERM GOAL:

Goal: 1st short term is to hit 299 again. Long term for the interim is to hit 250 and go from there to see next goal.

*Re-write it everyday to keep it fresh in your mind
Three mini-goals that I want to accomplish today: since I really just have the time to sit and write these at night I will write for the following day.

1.drink 2 liters of water ____
2.do not weigh myself _____
3.meditate
___

What will I do today to achieve those 3 goals?

  1. water reminder app
    2.put scale away_
    3.__put kids to bed and give myself 5 mins.

Daily positive affirmations:

I am… __a conqueror ____________________

I weighed myself this morning, was happy but then was like NOOOO don’t weigh in. Did meditate and def. up on my water along with enjoying teas. Notice to drink tea when I get my hunger pains and they go away.

Scale has been put away, DON’T PULL IT OUT! Continue to give myself time to meditate. Make it to the call!

1st Goal 299! 1st goal 299. Make it through these 7 days cause my 1st goal is 299.

Final mini goals for the remainder of the day… Make the call, drink water, meditate.

First goal of 299… hit! Now next is 289. I have two more days left of a 7 day goal and I will complete it! I’m refeeding for 3 days then back on the horse Sunday. Pushing to do 10 days next but will take it a day at a time.

Today more water, I don’t want to drink coffee today. Still the foggy head this morning but I’ll take some salt see if that helps along with some tea. Excited to finally finish a 7 day!!!
