Coming to an end of day 4 of OMAD, prepping for this 7 day WF journey. Prior I did a 3 day some odd hours of fasting along with some previous fast but never made it to a 7 day. I will accomplish this goal with the support of so many others like me on the path of wanting to be healthy!
My biggest challenge will be sleep and just cooking meals for my little ones. I can’t get healthy but then turn and feed them processed quick foods. Defeats the purpose, repeats the cycle.
I will not weigh in and measure until morning of day 1 WF. Then day 7 final weigh/measure as the scale can play tricks on you worse than your mind.
