Day 2.
I’m feeling a little better about doing this today. Not as irritable or angry about not having food in my life. The kids are at school, so I think that helps a little. It will change when I have to make them dinner later. Need to stay strong!!

Same issue I have. Im good during the day, but have to cook dinner. You know what Im doing differently this time, Im stopping buying them junk food so I wont have to crave it either.
The only junk food we have is their lunch snacks which is cookies and goldfish crackers.
I’m just tempted by anything and everything! Lol.
