So frustrated with myself. I keep breaking down and three days in a row have had a bite of something (once) or a sip of a coffee with a little creamer. I feel so disheartened and like I’m bound to fail. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated.
Keep messing up
I guess just remind yourself that those little bites aren’t worth the outcome. Last week or the week before I can’t remember, I binged and ate a bag of chips. I don’t even ducking eat chips. It was so odd to me. It was what my body felt like it needed but, I’m the end I didn’t and got back on track. Don’t beat yourself up. We all do that enough already. Just remember that your word is your word to yourself and it’s time to start keeping the promises you made to your heart mind and soul!

You can do this! Don’t worry, it’s still the beginning of the challenge. You can still get back on it! Have you tried drinking coffee black? Maybe a flavored coffee, like hazelnut or mocha, but drinking it black? This helps me for when I need a taste of something other than water. Try a nice cold carbonated water as well!

I ’m new to fasting but in the grand scheme of your life, have u ever made it three days with just a tad creamer in your coffee and a couple bites of whatever? That’s ALL you had in 3 days. That’s amazing. Regardless of whether you broke ketosos or not, I would imagine if you push forward and have good days of NO caving mixed in with the “bad” days of having a splash of this or a bite of that, Of Course in the end you are gonna benefit and get results. So push forward. Those 3 “bad” days are still amazing in the grand scheme of your life goals. Be proud and move forward. “Fast forward” as they say . You got this
Technically, it’s still a fast. You are NOT messing up. You are waaay ahead of those who cannot even make it past 6 hours. Also, fasting is like a muscle. With every attempt, the muscle gets stronger. I hate to admit this online, but my coping mechanism is cigarettes (there, I said it).
I’d like to quit. But during a fast is the worst time to do it. So don’t beat yourself up on a little creamer. Try to stick to cream or something really keto, if you feel you must break it. Nothing sugary or carby
