Have tried several water fast. Keep failing to stick with it. Both I did were in good weather or at least mild weather. In winter it’s very hard to fast.
Anyone looking to seriously support me and in turn me support in our journey. Hoping to at least do 14-21 days!

Hey there. Its a new year but my stomach isnt new its bloated and sore. Im extremely overweight and overwhelmed. Its much more a mental test than anything else. Need a fasting buddy, as I too fail numerous times.
So is anyone willing to join ? I dont have Facebook or other platforms. Just desperate to get a clear head and a new way of eating because I have had a problem with food for 40 plus years
