Hello guys,
My name is Joelle and I am planning to do a 30 days water fast.
My current weight is 78 kgs and I need to lose around 15 kilos before my birthday, on the 3rd of Dec.
I will start my water fast tonight at 6 pm, and as Yasmin said I will divide it into phases so I can reach my goal easily.
I need to stay motivated and I know I can do it but I am really afraid to gain all the weight back.
I am planning to do a 15 day refeed so I can reintroduce food slow to my system and manage to maintain my weight loss.

Welcome to the forum! Can’t wait until your birthday!!! I’m glad you are breaking up into small phases!
There’s also no harm if you want to throw in a little refeed at some point too! Keep me posted! I’m working hard to get to my official goal weight by January 2020 too so we’re in this together!

Actually I was watching all of your water fasting video on your YouTube channel and now I am sure that we can maintain the weight if we choose to adapt a healthy lifestyle.
When I took the decision to water fast I was so afraid to gain all the weight back but now I can’t wait to wake up after 30 day and post a before and after picture
Doing good. However, my endurance has taken a hit on my daily walks. But it’s offset by the weight I’ve lost. Thanks for asking.
Welcome Joelle. I am on day 9 and doing okay. You can do this. Just take it one day at a time.
