January 10, 2020 - Day 6 of my fast!
I really rested last night and I realized that this fast requires me to really slow my pace. I have a better day today with no exercise and peppermint tea and lots of water.
I feel better today!
Very important to listen to the body!

Yes, take it slow. If your body hasnāt experienced many fasts, it will use a lot of energy transitioning from sugar to fat burning.
98 hours and 14.8 pounds down , I resisted fast food Friday !!! I was so worried about the temptation , feeling really good about my determination to be successful but not over confident . Just focusing on taking it one hour at a time .
