Hi Everyone!

We all know how wonderful fasting can be.

When I started last year I got into binge watching some great videos as I’m not an avid reader. (Reading makes me sleepy.)

I believe these gave me some footing for better choices in my fasting and eating habits.

I’ll be adding some of these videos as I come back across them, as well as any new ones I stumble into that may be helpful.

Going to kick off with this first one about Sugar.

Sugar addiction is a real thing for some people.

This video addresses not just sweets - and not just the sugar you have in your pantry.

It will help you understand what some of the other sugars are in those things you find in the grocery store when you read the label. You are reading labels, right? :rofl:
